The Samsung Galaxy M30s now has a confirmed launch date. Some of the main specifications of the phone have also been published in the official teasers.

Samsung describes the Galaxy M30 as a "beast", and this is likely due to the huge 6000mAh battery, the largest ever in a Samsung phone. Its predecessor, the Galaxy M30, also had a large 5,000mAh battery, but some extra juices are always welcome.

Galaxy M30s teasers are posted on Amazon India, and shared by Samsung on Twitter. The promotional photos reveal the large battery and give way to a 48MP triple primary camera setup.

The phone is expected to stack a 48MP + 8MP + 5MP setting on the back, which consists of an ultra-wide sensor and a depth sensor. The shooter is expected to have a 16MP selfie shooter inside the front notch.

Moreover, teasers confirm the Infinity-U display. According to previously leaked information, it could be a 6.4-inch FHD + screen with an aspect ratio of 19: 9. The fingerprint sensor is also seen on the back of the phone.

An early working video of the Galaxy M30s has also surfaced online to confirm other details such as the presence of the USB-C port and an all-new Exynos processor. This could be the rumored Exynos 9611 chipset, as we saw earlier on the Google Console listing for the phone. The list indicates that the octa-core processor consists of four Cortex-A53 cores and four Cortex-A73 cores. It can be paired with 4GB and 6GB RAM. Storage options can include 64GB and 128GB.

The mid-range Galaxy M30s will launch in India on September 18 at 12 noon. IST.
