Nokia 9 Nokia dual camera specifications have leaked

Nokia 9 specifications FCC documents revealed recently on the upcoming Nokia 9 smartphone that the device will come with a 5MP front-facing camera setup. This was a mockery as Nokia 8, the company's current flagship, comes with a 13MP selfie camera.

However, people at XDA Developers have noticed that the 5MP Chikuni CKACE16 front camera sensor module mentioned by the FCC is listed as a dual camera on the manufacturer's website.

The Chikuni Electronics website reveals that the front camera unit is equipped with two 5MP + 5MP sensors. It will support 1080p video recording along with autofocus. One of the dual sensors has f / 2.0 aperture, while the other comes with an f / 2.4 aperture.

Coming to the specifications, the FCC revealed the Nokia 9 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC instead of the latest Snapdragon 845 chipset. Qualcomm recently announced Snapdragon 845 platform with Xiaomi confirming that the next flagship will be powered by it. Also, previous rumors indicate that the first full batch of Snapdragon 845 SoC bought by Samsung for the upcoming Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus smartphones.

The Nokia 9 is expected to feature a 5.5-inch screen with OLED cheek technology, as well as a 12-megapixel + 13-megapixel rear camera setup. It may wear 128GB of expandable storage and the 3,250mAh battery pack is rumored. The device is made to come with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box and a recently released report will suggest HMD Global unveiled the Nokia 9 on January 19.
