This is the LG Neon Plus, and it's trending at AT&T.
It appears to be a budget smartphone from LG, although our source did not provide us with all the specifications of the Neon Plus. So there are still some questions that need answering here.
This is the first LG "Neon" phone that will be an Android smartphone
LG used the name "Neon" before for a few of its phones. But those were not Android smartphones. Either flip phones or sliders who used a very simple operating system at the time - which was also only available on AT&T. Given this, it makes sense that the new Neon Plus will also be available on AT&T.
The last LG Neon device was launched more than ten years ago. But now seems to be the time AT&T and LG want to get back into mode well and use the name "Neon".
Another decent budget show for AT&T
Although this is a budget smartphone, it doesn't look terrible. Lots of people hear "economical" phones and instantly link them to an awesome smartphone that gives them an awful experience. But that doesn't appear to be the case with the LG Neon Plus.
Externally, it has a Google Assistant button on the left side below the rocker volume. This is similar to what LG does on its high-end smartphones. Charges via micro USB, and includes headphone jack. So there is some good news and some bad news here. Sure, the micro USB charging port is very old, but the good thing is that most of us still have many micro USB cables. And maintaining the headphone jack is a great thing.
LG has equipped the Neon Plus with an 8MP camera on the back, and a flash. It's one camera around the back. With a 5MP camera around the front.
The best thing is that the LG Neon Plus doesn't have a high score. This results in slightly larger ranges, but many prefer it at a higher level. The screen looks at an 18: 9 aspect ratio. It's tall but not as crazy as some Sony smartphones.
There are still many unknowns
At this time, there are still a lot of aspects of LG Neon Plus that AndroidHeadlines cannot confirm. This includes screen size, processor, RAM, and storage, as well as pricing and availability.
The screen on the LG Neon Plus in this image shows the date August 1. Usually the date on the phone is the launch date of the phone. But this is unlikely to be the case here. Usually, these incarnations are one of the last things done before the phone was released. So it will likely be announced at the Conference of European Statisticians in January, and then released soon after.
A launch at CES is a possibility for the LG Neon Plus. Since LG usually launches mid-budget smartphones at CES and releases its high-end devices at Mobile World Congress in February.
