Google's change of the search box in the Pixel Launcher application raised the dissatisfaction of its users, as it added a new tool that includes a text on the search box saying "to search for applications and the web" or simply "search", as if you forgot what this box is important.
Although the change is simple, it caused great reactions through Google's accounts, including the hints, but it is not a harmful addition, but it is not useful and deals with users as if they are initiators who are not good at using phones, and this can be useful for inexperienced users.
Whereas, some other responses said that Google adds new things just for the sake of adding and not for the benefit of its users, and it also adds clutter in the interface of the pixel launcher, and users will never be satisfied with this change.
