Premium audio technology company Klipsch announced that the T5 Series headphones are available for purchase. This includes four variants that cater to a wide range of uses and lifestyles, with three wireless configurations and one wired version.
Among these new listening devices is the company's first pair of true wireless listening devices, the T5 True Wireless Earphones. As the brand indicates, the T5 True Wireless are earbuds that are not connected to each other or to the source device by a wire.
It also allows for up to eight hours of playback on a single charge. Thanks to the brushed metal USB-C fast charging case, the T5 True Wireless Buds can also push up to 24 hours and see up to 2 hours of a 15-minute charge as well.
On the technical front, the T5 True Wireless also features no less than four Clear Voice Chat microphones that allow for reduced ambient noise and better call quality as well as access to AI audio features via Google Assistant and others. The Bluetooth 5.0 chipset keeps audio clear in range while the newly reworked oval earpiece keeps things snug.
What and what makes these different?
The remaining three T5 Series headphones include the T5 Sport Wireless Headphones and the T5 Neckband Wireless Headphones plus the T5M Wired variant. As the brand indicates, each follows a similar path to Klipsch's new True Wireless earbuds but is well suited for different use cases.
The T5 Neckband headphones have a 15-hour battery life with the same comfort-focused features as the True Wireless version and the same Bluetooth 5 connectivity. Instead of ditching the cable, these also feature a hand-stitched leather strap, three aluminum controls, and a drop-down menu to the Clear Voice Chat spacer.
Conversely, the T5 Sport is sport-focused and swaps the leather strap for a more durable fabric cable with the addition of ear wings to hold the buds in place during an intense workout or running sessions.
Battery life drops to ten hours, but the same Clear Voice Chat microphone is in place as is Bluetooth 5, and a 3-button remote for easy control of media playback. Comfort remains a factor in the sport variant here as well, and the audio drivers are designed to be smaller so they stay in place better.
The latter is a budget-friendly wired variation in design with an aluminum one-button control integrated into its fabric braided cable. This is sold under the T5M Wired brand.
Each new design comes with an IPX4 rating for sweat and water resistance. Additional soft silicone oval tips are included in the package to ensure maximum comfort and sound quality.
What really sets these headphones apart is the free Klipsch Connect app that will be up and running this summer and work with wireless variants of listening gadgets. Not only does this help users monitor battery life and receive headphone updates themselves. It also includes equalizer tuning features and more, with features effectively guaranteed to improve over time.

Pricing and availability
In terms of pricing, the lowest-cost offering will be the Klipsch T5M Wired earbuds, now available in black or white colors via select retailers or the official website at $ 59. The Klipsch T5 Sport is already on sale in the same color configurations at $ 99.
As for the remaining devices, Klipsch says those devices will be ready in July, with the T5 True Wireless version arriving in classic black with gold accents and a silver brushed aluminum case that opens like a Zippo lighter for $ 199. The T5 Neckband will be available in brown leather with white or black leather accents at $ 119, and both gadgets are ready for pre-order now.
